1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ZShell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ZShell on your own devices for personal or internal business use. The free tier is provided at no cost; paid features are unlocked by an active subscription or lifetime license.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ZShell for any unlawful purpose, to access systems without authorization, or to interfere with the operation of the service. You are solely responsible for the servers you connect to and the commands you run.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices and plans may change with advance notice.
6. Intellectual Property
ZShell and all related materials are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases, though locally installed software may continue to run in accordance with its license.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
